Holiday Schedule 24 Dec 2021

As the holiday season approaches, our team will keep on working hard to keep on delivering to you. Our services on Nova dApp, NovaPro™ and Spotlight will run 24/7 throughout the public days, and we expect no interruption, but you will find that some operations that require manual approval from our team, might take longer to be processed. And although overall support and services will continue, there will be reduced staffing, and your queries might take a bit longer to be responded. Below a list of how our communication channels will work from the 24th December 2021 until the 1st January 2022.

Social Media

Posts will be scheduled, but we will not be available for replying to DMs on Twitter on the 25th December 2021 and on the 31st December 2022. The same goes for Telegram and other official social media channels, except our Discord Server.

Discord Server

Our team has scheduled their breaks in a way that we should be mostly available to answer queries in our Discord Services throughout the holidays, just don't expect immediate response on the 24th/25th/31st December 2021 and on the 1st January 2022. A special support channel for urgent queries will be created, and messages sent there will be given priority. We ask for the community just to use if really necessary, and you have a problem with your account that needs immediate attention.

Requests That Might Take Longer To Be Processed

For some services we offer in NovaPro™ we have real people approving and processing some of the requests from users. Because we will be working with reduced staffing, some of those requests will likely take longer to be processed, so please allow for some extra time. The services we expect to be affected:

We will strive to get all requests processed as soon as possible, but we will ask you to allow for some extra time. If you have any urgent requests, please reach out first, and then put the request through, so we can guarantee it will be processed on a timely manner.

Thank you very much for supporting our project and being part of our Nova Family! We wish you a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
